writes: My girfriend says she need space for a while but she say she still loves me and does not want to break up. She also says that she does not want to date anybody else, she just wants to do her own thing and can't give me 100% She also said that she felt dependent of me. She does not want any contact during this time. In the past weeks however, she got her space but still would come over. What's up with her and how should I deal with this situation. She is playing with you. It is her way of saying, "I am looking to replace you, but have not found someone yet, and I want to find someone new before you do, so I am going to lead you on.".
This way if she has sex with someone else, it does not count as cheating. If he dicks her around, she comes back to you to be her "friend to comfort her".
Needing to take time off is ALWAYS a bad sign.
Start dating new people before she dumps you and you end up completely alone.
