A reader, jonn, writes (14 March 2005): hi, i have what you are describing. dont worry its nothing serious. its something to do with age, they are either hair follicles or just growth affects. they will clear with age. i used to worry about this i would never let my gf go down on my because of it, but now i know what it is its nothing to worry about, so dont loose any more sleep over it.
