They say he looks over at me an awful lot and he seems to smile a lot more at me than anyone else. I have noticed he does look over at me a lot, but I don't really notice the smile thing.Last week I asked him a question relating to the work. He was sat in his chair at the front of the room and could have easily answered my question from where he was sat. Instead he stood up walked over to me, looked me right in the eye and said: "Look you made me get up now" then he kinda looked down at himself and back at me with this weird look. Like he expected something from me... It was kinda embarrasing for me, because my mind often wonders and I took that as a euphamism.... He sat right next to me and helped me then...I'm not trying to suggest anything, I just want to know what was going on. So I know how I should treat the situation... I guess I'm sometimes a bit flirtatious, not intentionally, but I am sometimes...Thanks Guys xxx

It's illegal to make sexual advances towards someone as young as you and people have been arrested and prosecuted for such behavior.
On the other hand, you and your friends could be reading more into his actions and could land the guy in trouble.
My advise is don't be alone with your teacher. Always have a friend with. And if his actions make you feel uncomfortable, tell a trustworthy adult. Lastly, it's okay to be flirty with guys your age...not with your teacher. The consquences could be bad for both of you.

Id address your concern propery with school and nip this in the bud as they say. You dont want to take a chance and see what else he may do to get your attention. Regards.
