reader, anonymous, writes (1 November 2010): Vaginal orgasm is achieved without the help of clitoral stimulation. I've been told this is rarer for women to achieve, but I've had a few and they've been just amazing. Mostly you need speed and a good angle to achieve it. hope that's not too graphic. The orgasm itself will come from the friction in the vagina. It's quite wonderful.
