A Multiple orgasm is when you have more than one orgasm in succession, e.g. you have an orgasm, and then you have another one very soon after. If a person has more than one orgasm in a particular sexual encounter they would be multi-orgasmic. Usually applied to women but if a man can orgasm more than once without loosing his erection he too is multi orgasmic.
