I AM 17 YEARS OLD AND ON 26TH JANUARY 2007 I POSTED A PROBLEM I HAD WITH A GUY AT MY COLLEGE. I REALLY LIKE HIM BUT NOT SURE IF HE DOES HE ACTS LIKE HE CARES I GENUINELY THINK HE DOES. WE WERE GOOD TO START OFF WITH BUT PEOPLE GOT HE INVOLVED HIS FRIENDS AND MINE AND SOON EVERYONE came to know we were talking at night. He used to say to me that we were mates i did ask him once but he said the same thing again that he is with someone elz.now my feelings have grown stronger he hasnt text me since December. never replys. i thik he likes me and he is just afraid of his mates.He makes alot of eye contact and looks at me all the time. I really care for him my heart says that he does too i just don't what's stopping him!! in 4 months i leaving college i have finished the course.don't what to do?? help me?? I think i am falling in love. the saying true "you never know what you got until it's gone!"

AskEve agony auntIf you both got on before and then I don't see why he would lie to you. Maybe he is with someone else. You say you've text him and he hasn't returned your texts. His mates wouldn't know whether he'd spoken with you by text or not so I don't think the mates ARE the problem here. Have you ever seen his girlfriend?

I wouldn't text him any more. Let HIM make the move if he wants to, if he doesn't then I would put it down to experience and forget him. If he can shut himself off in this way and not even be your friend then he's really not worth knowing.
