Give her a chance! Do you know the most annoying thing in the world is being expected to reply to a message there and then. She has to read your message for clues, show all her mates and ask their advice, then leave you stewing for at least a day.... It's a girl thing, stop stressing, if you wanted and answer there and then you should have phoned her, although that would make you look very needy.
Just wait for a couple of days then next time you see her ask if she got your message.

reader, anonymous, writes (3 February 2009): Calm down there. It's only been 2 hours. Try calling her in a day or two, if she doesn't reply back by then. Don't freak out over a text message. There could be many reasons why she didn't respond. But, if she doesn't respond back after you call her, then she just isn't that interested in you.
