He asked me what ide say if he asked me out and i said probably yes, were really close friends now. Hes not a shy guy but why hasnt he actually asked me out yet? Whats he waiting for? x

 Well to be honest i think hes doing a little playing game with you, if he really like you he would off asked you out by now (im not meaning this n a nasty way) maybee try talking to him proberly on msn,text,or fone is normally better to see whats going on and stuff, but if he doest make a move soon ! forget and move on, make sure you keep me updated!x

Don't let someone string you around, grab the bull by the horns and ask him out instead. Nowhere is it etched in stone that a girl must wait around twiddling her thumbs until the boy she likes asks her out.
And besides, guys even like it when a girl takes control of the situation. So go ahead, ask him to go out with you. And if he says no, then at least you weren't stuck wasting time waiting around wondering why he wasn't asking you out. But if he's flirting that much, I doubt he'd say no ;)
