I'm trying to remember how I behaved around a boy I liked WAAAYYY back when I was 15. I think I probably stared at him a lot, then would blush like crazy if he caught me looking at him. I would get tongue-tied in his presence and could only come out with the most inane comments. I would talk endlessly with my girl friends about how cute he was and hope that somehow that news would get back to him. I would probably kind of follow him around at school but not too close, just to see what he was up to.
As I got to know him a little bit, I would pass dopey notes to him in class. I would laugh at his jokes and smile a lot at him. I think I played with my hair a lot when I was feeling nervous and happy to be around him.
We did not have facebook or mobile phones or even the internet way back then, in the dark ages.
Well, everybody is different, some people are shyer than others.
Hope this helps, and I hope your crush likes you back!!

Obvious? The first one the comes to mind is laughing at your horrible jokes. Then maybe followed by it seeming that she's hanging around more than some of your other friends (or just as much), increased email traffic (or MySpace if you've got one)... text-messages... phone calls...
Those are the ones that come to mind... oh and the arm touch or "accidentally" brushing up against you -- that's a biggie -- physical contact...
