Also you can use the faucet in ur shower or removable shower head let some warm water not to hot drip on it and in no time u'll feel great.Another trick is putting a pillow between ur legs while u have underwear on and rubbing ur legs together and apart a bunch of times faster and slower it gives a great feeling..I hope i can be a help
