Im a guy and if that happens i will be completely nervous, i dont like to really lead these things on so i hope that if she wants to kiss me than she will lead it on and than i will kiss her, but if she doesnt lead than i guess i have no choice but to try myself

 kiss him back. duh.. Look at him make the eye contact and when he starts to move in just let it happen.. Always let the guy lead too! They like that in the beginning. Just don't be too nervous and have fun. and wait what do you mean by special moment??
