So you and he were not a couple, but you like him?
Give us a little more information so we can help give you an answer to what you are asking.
and as "Fade" stated below, no one is perfect, however; saying someone is perfect is also a figure of speech and I'm assuming that's how you meant it.
What is the relationship between you and this perfect guy?

Sweetie,
If he's with someone else, then he's not your "perfect" guy. The perfect guy would be "with you"!
It's hard to give you an answer here with such little information, but I can tell you that you have to pick yourself up and go on with your life. As hard as it may be! Find something new to do that you normally don't do, to keep you busy. Get a new hobby that will relieve stress, like swimming, running, biking etc.
I'm so sorry you are feeling down and this will pass and make you a stronger person. For reasons of something a bit harder coming along, to help someone else out and only God knows what other reason.
Be strong, hold your head up high and find yourself in the company of happy and cheerful people that make you laugh!! I promise laughter is the best medicine! AND IT'S FREE!!
Good luck and let us/me know if you need to chat more.
Chin up,
Michelle
