sex matters... if you want more sex or less sex than your partner it's not balanced. if you want kinky sex and your partner wants vanilla it's not balanced. if you like affection and your partner does not... it's not balanced AND IT WILL END UP NOT WORKING
and yes money matters.
what matters mostly is that you and the person you are dating or serious with are on the same page about all these important things.
and I think that 16 is a good age to date...
I would like to see folks wait till 18 or so for sex however.

And its best to start dating when you feel ready, and that varies with everyone.
