There are a lot of things you can get.. but if you want to get something sentimental, I would suggest a personalized ornament to commemorate the occasion! That way, you guys can keep it forever. :) And it's really special too. reader, anonymous, writes (2 December 2007): Go on Ebay and type in silver rolo, there is a jewellers in Bolton who sell through Ebay and will send you a beautiful hallmarked silver rolo in a gorgeous box, with do you love anyone enough on the outside. Including delivery I think it's about £27-£28.
Also you could "borrow" his 10 fave CD's, buy him an iPod shuffle (the little one), Amazon sell these for £45 at the moment and download all his CD's onto it for him.
