reader, anonymous, writes (3 May 2008): i know how you are feeling, a way to get a guys attention is to maybe txt him or email him. if you want to know if he likes you just come right out and ask him! i have done that a lot. and believe me if you know that he likes you, it's easier... if you know he doesn't like you then it's easy to get over him.

reader, anonymous, writes (30 January 2007): ohkay, i have a boyfriend who is really really shy, but i really like him. but then again, i like someone else and they are just about everything that every girl could want, and he is not shy AT all. at the basketball game he asked me to go downstairs with him and we did. we sat at the table in the lobby and he even bought me something to drink. he always makes me laugh and says hi to me everyday on my way to science class, and he smiles at me A LOT, but he has a girlfriend. he makes jokes with me, and agrees with almost everything that i say. he hits me playfully(not trying to hurt me). he sits with me at the basketball games and talks to me as if we were together, and we laugh together. i wonder if he likes me, but i dont know. so i would just like to ask this, what do you think?

 You can't make anyone like you no matter how much you want to.
All you can do is tell him how you feel and hope he feels the same, if he doesn't at least you know and can try moving on from this and not holding out in hope he does, if he does feel the same you can then make moves forward to getting to know each other better.
