What do I do?

I feel like I'm loosing everything, I've lost one of my best-friends, broke up with my boyfriend, and my dad's moving to another country.

I feel like everyone's moving away from me and I don't know what I've done wrong. I feel horrible all the time because I don't know who my friends are and I find it really hard to trust people and I just need some help on what I should do to make everything be OK, please help :(

You can't make evrything ok all at once, there's no magic spell sadly.

Your Dad moving to another country is a big thing to cope with, we only get one of those don't we? But you will be able to visit, phone, email, skype - technology is great for keeping in touch. Not the same I know, but remember he's not moving to get away from you - just moving further away and he probably has reasons ie a job.

As for the boyfriend, well, plenty more lads will come and go from your life, it's just bad timing and this makes it seem worse. You falling out with a friend is also bad timing, just when you need to unload your problems.

Don't let all this get you down, talk to your Mum, talk to other friends, keep busy find new pastimes if you have to.

Talk to your dad too, tell him you will miss him being close by.

This is just a temporary situation, we all have these moments regardless of our age.

So_Very_Confused agony auntYou have not done anything wrong.. sometimes life changes hit us all at once.

Will you still be seeing dad? think of that as a great and lovely adventure when you go to see him...

I'ms o sorry about losing your bestie... that stinks especially when breaking up with a boyfriend too...

the only thing you can do it move forward one day at a time and try to put a smile on your face and meet new folks. it takes time and it's hard. I know this.
