well, if ur only 13, i think the best way to move forward is to start warming up to her body. u know, like holding her w/ more passion, or even inching closer and feeling the back of her neck and slowly moving down! hope this helps! =)

Kissing is plenty for now.

You can really kiss and get really hot and steamy just doing that.

I sometimes spend an hour on the sofa just kissing my husband because it's great.

If you want to go further then put your hands on her and feel her body on the outside of her clothes. She'll stop you if you go anywhere that she doesn't like.

After a while longer dating her then she may let you put your hand on the top half of the inside of her clothes!

Good Luck!! xx

Aw, that's so sweet.

You have to let her know how much she means to you, and do it in the cutest way possible. Like, buying her flowers, taking her out, or leaving a cute not in her locker telling her to meet you somewhere, and then have you tell her you love her.

The next step isn't anyone's decision, it's ultimately your decision. Keep her around by being sweet, and thoughtful. Smoothering her too much, and not giving her space will drive her away, so I warn you - know your limits.

Be more than a boyfriend to her. When she's sad, or feeling down, give her a kiss on the cheek and ask her whats wrong, be a best friend, companion, and more to her. It'll know you're in love with her for who she is.
