The best advice is just to leave the hairs where they are. Most women have some hairs round there. It's normal.
If you do decide you HAVE to get rid of them, why not try using hair removing creams? Like Imac. Find a really gentle one though and check it's ok to use on delicate skin.
As for ingrowing hairs your best bet is to regularly exfoliate the area so they are scrubbed up to the surface. However as it's on your most sensitive skin, you'll have to be a bit careful as well.
Bio Oil claims to get rid of scars but they will probably just fade on their own in time.
My advice would be to let the hairs stay as that will be the healthiest option for your skin. And you aren't exactly going to be showing them off to the general public so you don't need to have them how you want them all the time anyway.
Good Luck!! xx
