If all he wants to do is talk about sex, and all those girls are texting him, it suggests that there's something...odd..if not pervy or scary...about him. And remember it's easy to say 'I'd never cheat on you' over msn/bebo.
If I were you I'd be wary, and either get out quickly before something bad happens or try and find out from other people what he's been up to.
