well the missionary one is a good one to start with, as hate to tell you this but first time sex hurts. so with him on top and you laying flat means you dont have to do much.
also missionary on the side is a good one, as it's very intimate and if you dont want him to go in deep cause of the pain then you can almost control how far he penetrates you.
basically you lay on your sides facing eachother, with one of your legs over the both of his so he can enter you. then with small thrusts he penetrates you.
