I think that this boy is trying to get your attention, because in elementary school, this one guy would do similar things to me, and then I eventually found out that he liked me and wanted attention from me. There usually reasons why people may act a certain way. Why don't you try and get to know this guy better, and who knows? Maybe you two will end becoming friends.
