writes: I've been dating my boyfriend Max for 4 years now. I've always thought he was the one I was going to marry and I've never thought of anyone else in that way since we got together. but recently I've started to have feelings for my old friend jack. Jack is leaving for Iraq in January and I've already been through that same situation with Max 2 years ago. Should I risk my future with Max for Jack when he's leaving in a few months and I don't know if there is a future there. or should I stick with the one that has the fairy tale future?  What are these feelings i have for jack ,that is what you need to ask yourself.. and whats gone wrong in your relationship with max to make you feel this way and maybe try and work at it..if say jack has taken a sudden interest in you then it may be that your feeling flattered that his taken an interest..i wouldn't sacrifise the relationship i have with max being with him for 4 years and still being happy and very much in love with for someone you have these other feelings for as they could be just feelings of a good friendship or mixed feelings if jack is a very good friend to you then these feelings could be to do with the fact his going away and you don't want to loose him as a good friend .. being in a relationship for that amount of time (4 yrs) can sometimes get boring and if someone else pays you attention it makes you feel good and you want more.what if you left max for jack he goes off to iraq and it doesn't work out between you ..you then loose everything..think twice about this and whatever you decide then goodluck..
