When I checked it out to see what was up, I noticed these bumps that looked like pimples ready to pop, because they had holes with pus coming out. So I squeezed one of them and it popped just like a pimple. Yuck. And they're really really sore.I'm not sexually active, like I masturbate sometimes but that couldn't be it, right? I don't know.Any ideas what this could be? I'm going to go to the doctor most likely but I wanted to ask someone before I go.It's not an STD, right? Like I couldn't get one if I'm not sexually active, right?

Herpes sore look like blisters. If yours are more like bumps, they are probably normal cysts. Just go to the Drs for peace of mind

Don't panic until you know for sure though because it could alway just be an infection on pimples.. or if you shave down there you could be having an allergic reaction to the type of razor or shaving cream or whatever you use. go to the doctor and tell them what you have put on down there and see what they think. The best of luck!

You can get that though genital on genital contact without actually having sex, or from someone with oral herpes giving you oral sex. Rarely I believe it is possible for someone to touch a sore and then touch you and transmit it. It is manageable, and it could be something else, but if it is herpes, you need to get to a doctor before the outbreak goes away.
