Hi, :)Well I must say you are OK,You just need to go to the doctor because could possibly be depressed, Its called a fixation. Example. A baby, a thumb sucker, the baby gets upset if it can not suck its thumb, just like that. The child feels it needs to suck its thumb. or have a pacifier, other wise it'll be upset.Although children can grow out of that, however, depending on your extent of obsession, you may need some help.In psychology, a fixation is an obsession with the attachment of a feeling, person, or object. And considering you being very much in love, and now you are no longer in love?? That could have triggered this new obsession to make you think you are feeling better. Although shopping is a bad activity to become obsessed with. you are trying to cope by shopping to get away from your sadness. I would advise you to just make an appointment and tell them you believe you could be a bit depressed.the only thing that made me happy was sleeping, or thinking of sleeping.I was diagnosed to have anxiety and depression disorder, the doctor told me its just because i became overwhelmed with everything going on in my life. And i will be cured, and soon be much more happy, and back to normal. SO you can be cured too, (if you are in fact depressed) just take care of it now, so you do not get worse.good luck, i hope i helped :)

It is not abnormal. Try to find happiness within. Look inside your heart. It's infinite. Rather trying to find the right person be the right person.
