Its like just being in the relationship was making me miserable even though she did nothing and even now no answer has been forthcoming. Eventually it got so bad I just broke up with her which was terrible because I was split in half one part wanted to break up and the other wanted to stay. Now she is dating someone else and for that has made me more angry and hurt than I have ever been in my life. What the bloody hell is wrong with me?!

Could you have become anxious because you loved her that much that you didn't want anything to go wrong? (Just a suggestion) I think you aren't completely over her, and that's why you still feel emotion towards her. Just allow yourself a bit more time and don't dwell on her too much, she has moved on because you didn't want her so she's not doing anything wrong! X
