But each time i try to play with myself i usually ejaculate very fast than expected and anytime i try to penetrate any girl i usually ejaculate even before my penile draws closer to the vagina. I dont know if this is because i have never had any sexual intercourse before.

Hi there. There is probably nothing medically wrong, so don't worry.
It is possible, that in your excitement to begin sex or masturbation, that you are just looking too far ahead into the destination, instead of just enjoying the journey.
And so then, things just happen way to fast.
All you need to do, is to slow things down some.
And when you are with a partner, that you spend a little more time on the foreplay part, and if you feel yourself becoming too excited, well then STOP.
For a few minutes, maybe 5 minutes - and then start all over again.
And each time you feel this rush towards ejaculation, just slow down and stop.
And then wait 5 minutes, and then start again.
Just long enough for your erection to partly subside, not completely, just slightly - which then lengthens the time before you reach your orgasm.
Each situation, might require you to do this a few times in the beginning, so don't get angry or make it into a problem - when there isn't one.
The secret is PATIENCE.
So in other words, you just relax and slow things down and eventually, you will find you will be able to last for a much longer time before ejaculation.
And that is what you want, isn't it?
Because the longer you wait, it will make the final moment, much more personally satisfying for you both.
And you can do this when you are on your own - the stop and wait for 5 minutes.
You will of course, need to be patient.
Worth it though.
And to avoid any awkwardness with a partner, you could practise this method, when you are on your own, which will help in the situation when you are with a partner.
