This is normal in some people, but as Satin said, we are not Doctors and with out a proper medical history and examination there is no way to know for sure, so speak to your doctor about it.

reader, anonymous, writes (28 April 2009): I have known this from experience with two other ladies in my life,(possibly coincidentally, both were Asian) so yes, this is quite normal and nothing to worry over. Peoples' bodies react in different ways to differing situations and yours is a reaction to the sexual experience. Just to put your mind at ease, get an opinion from one you trust i.e. doctor/ medically connected person.
