I didn't really think I could meet anyone and that these sites don't work. But I'm happy to be mistaken, I found someone that I find to be gorgeous with the same interest as myself. Now I'm new to this and don't the rules of talking, I don't want to seem desperate or anything but we spent all day yesterday talking, and there was flirting from both sides. So what is the wait time to talk to someone and when I and should I be the one to ask her out which I think would be difficult because she's a vegan.

Her being Vegan just requires some planning for food... not other activities.
And yes even though it's the 21st century women still like to be the ones being pursued most of the time.
CALL her and ask her out.... don't wait too long. (no longer than 48 hours I would think)

Good luck.
