The suitable age is when you feel ready to deal with the all the ups and downs, the mix of emotions, and being able to deal with grown up issues such as STIs and Pregnancy.

My parents have asked about it, and my problem is that i'm too shy, which is something i'm trying to overcome. There's probably no right time to be in a relationship, but I do feel like i'm missing out, because I want to be in one! I'm being a bit of a hypocrite here, but try not to feel pressured into getting a bf (easier said that done) just because you feel you should have one. Everyone gets into their first relationship at different ages =)
