You are really too young to be much concerned about this, but . . .
In a woman, it is an extension of the clitoris complex, but located about three inches within the vagina. It is a small area of highly sensitive nerves that, with knowledge and talent, can be stimulated with tremendous effect. The incorrect assumption that a man also has a G-spot is perpetrated by the fact that stimulation of the prostrate gland can produce an ejaculation of greater volume, and usually a climax of greater intensity. It does, but not for the same reason. This is not quite a correlation, but I guess the results are fairly similar.

Sometimes, a girl can ejaculate (squirt) when this area is stimulated. Just google g spot or look at the "scarleteen" website. Boys don't have one, no. They have a prostate, which is a bit different.
