So they create a harder, more responsive penis. I believe they can work in a similar fashion for the clitoris, and that may in turn cause a woman to be more aroused, since I know a harder erection makes my penis more sensitive. But they do not make you hornier. I have taken Levitra becuae I had a bout of stress-induced ED for a short while. It actually made me hard as a rock, but less horny, I would say.
