 Well, I could tell you some, but I bet Google can tell you more.
Basically it is the belief that ritual sex, mostly sexual intercourse, done the same way every time, and usually done for a long time (sometimes without the man orgasm) will lead to spiritual enlightenment in the man. Or gives the man supernatural powers. I did not come up with this theory. Sometime there is a schedule of different positions that is followed. There are also excises that are supposed to length the time the man can do it. Developed and practiced in some Hindu temples in part of India and Nepal starting several centuries ago, but I believe it is not practiced now-a-says by any real Hindus. Just by sex and magic obsessive western men aping the Hindu religion.
