 Well, both of you are right but more so, it is when a guy comes too quickly when having intercourse. Some men who suffer very badly from premature ejaculation may come before even entering the vagina but mostly men complain of this condition because they can't control their orgasm when inside their girlfriend and this can lead to disatisfaction for both. Probably the most frequent answer to avoid this problem is to make love more than once so that the orgasm has time to build again.
