 A wet dream is when you get sexually aroused during sleep and ejaculate.
Females do experiance sexual arousal during sleep that awakens one to perceive the experience of orgasm. Girls and women who don't have orgasms in their sleep, or who don't know whether or not they've had them, are perfectly normal. It may be easier for men to identify their wet dreams because of the ejaculatory evidence where as for women any evidence could be a sign of sexual arousal without orgasm.

 It's when you ejaculate uncontrollably, ie; when you're asleep. It's more common in young teen boys. Girls don't have them although they can get sexually aroused whilst sleeping but that doesn't share the name wet dream
