Hi,it simply means that he's extra happy, hence the extra smiles, plus the wink. It's kind of cheeky, cheesy and sexy, on his part and he wants you to know that too.He obviously likes you a lot, is flirting with you and as i don't know all the details surrounding your connection with him, i cannot elaborate.I wouldn't read into it too much actually, just take it/accept it for what it is.You are a mature woman and although you don't quite understand what all the emoticons, etc; mean, you're logic ought tell you, that he is very happy to be conversing with you.I doubt he has pressed the wrong key, so this tells me that he means what he is doing. As another reader mentioned, if you're this curious, why not ask him directly? :-)Always better to hear it from the source, from the horses mouth. All the best to you and he! :-)

A wink with extra smiles.
Is there a broader context? Is that all you received from someone you are texting?
It could be that they like extra smiles? Like some people like to add extra hugs and kisses. xoxoxoxoxoxox basic smile :) wearing sunglasses with a big toothy grin 8D or BD hungover X/
I think it's okay to ask the sender for clarification if you are not sure. They could just be freestyling their emoticons. I don't think there's an official guide to it.
Is this message in particular very puzzling for you?
I'd just call him and say, 'thanks for the extra smiles! That's what that meant, right?" Then pause and wait to hear if there's another intended meaning.

interpretation. It isn't to be taken seriously, and it's not insulting. It's silly.
