What does "involved with" mean? Are you in a committed exclusive relationship? When do you see her again in real life?

Why not ask her what 'meow' means on that post? When do you two see each other in person again?

I think she is just goofing off.
So is she your GF or a FWB/friend?

Cats purr and meow when they are content or want something. They stroke their bodies against your legs to get your attention and to show affection. She's being coy. I'd say it's open to interpretation; and it was code between the two of them. If you're going to take silly things like this seriously, maybe you shouldn't rely too much on trying to read code, go and ask HER.
If you're not dating seriously or exclusively; she can flirt to her heart's content, and anything else she wants to do.
By the way; you said you were involved, not committed. So her options are still open.
