 I think it means to have some kissing, hughing and touching gently somebody you fancy and you've just met or taken an intersest on normally in a pub or a night out with friends, not a formerly arrange date but something spontaneous whether if you end up in bed and it becomes a one night stand, many times, or if you exchange phones so you meet each other, not normally, is up to you

 It varies from the groups you mix in and where you live, to me and where I'm from pulling can either mean when you go out and I suppose hook up with someone or it can mean when someone takes an interest in you therefore you've 'pulled' whether your are interested back or not.

reader, anonymous, writes (29 September 2006): It may vary from area to area, peer group to peer group etc but I've always heard it used when talking about snogging. I.e. if you've pulled someone, you've snogged them!!

1. It can mean when you go out and end up meeting someone that your gonna take home with you.
2. When a guy is masturbating
