im actually a bit confused by one point of your question; you say your gf tells you that you make her cum everytime but then you say she says youv never made her orgasm. i think perhaps she is as clueless as you about it. maybe shes not lying, just confused. perhaps she is confusing cumming with getting wet, as a girl does when shes turned on.

 Well, orgasm is a series of events that take place in your body as a result of sexual activity. However, I think "cum" is a much easier explanation of what orgasm is.
It seems a contradiction, however, that first she says she has them and then she says she doesn't. Maybe you didn't get her meaning right?
Some people will find your lovemaking lousy, and some others will love it (unless, of course, it's real bad). I don't think this is the case here.
Now, she doesn't have to moan all the time. Some women do, some don't, some do on occasion.
