writes:My ex and i have been split for over 4 weeks now,he left me for someone else, she has since started going bk with one of her exs but has told my ex that its him she wants, anyway since we split we have always keept in contact over the phone, but now he pranks me then i ring him back, everyday about 5 times a day, today he rang at 7.30 this morning, last nite he rang just before 1 in the morning,My question is im not sure what he wants anymore?, he said to me yesterday that if he wanted me bk would i go bk to him, in which i replyed im not sure, but he knows the truth that i would go bk to him if he asked me to, im just really confused as the girl he left me for says its him she wants, but then goes and gets bk with one of her exs And where he wants to keep contact with me by ringing me i even go down the club we used to go to most nites and he doesnt mind me going there,as he said its a pubic place?my mind feels all over the place at the moment, like if i did want to move on i cant because of that contact i still have with him, i of couse still have feelings for him and properbly will do for a long time but what does he really want?

reader, anonymous, writes (9 November 2008): It sounds like he is hedging his bets and keeping you in reserve in case she leaves. I know it hurts and you still think a lot of him, but wouldn't you be better off with someone who didn't have someone else around?

 Sweetie, he left you for someone else and this woman is now messing him around... so he's kind of caught in the middle that is why he wants to keep contact with you.... somebody he can go back to when he gets offically dumped! It is time for you to move on with your life!
