What you FEEL is from your heart - what you THINK is from your head.
Often the two conflict a lot. And thus is the great paradox scenario, a conflict between your brain and your emotions. :)

Well sweetie my understanding of it is like this when someone says listen to your heart or follow your heart it means if something means alot to you deep inside you will feel it inside and this is whats meant by the sayings listen to your heart or follow your heart, your heart will tell you what to do, because you are following your hearts desire.

reader, anonymous, writes (30 May 2006): It means if you feel a certain way towards something coupled with attached historical influences, you should allow your intuition to guide you to what you want. This may not always be apparent however. That's why it's more difficult than said.
