Does he get annoyed with you. The more import question is, who is causing the annoyance, you or him. It is, of course a bad thing, but he may be the cause of the difficulty.
Take a look at both of your characters, which of you has the most difficulty with others. Thats a fair way to compare.
The easiest way is to ask him. And when you do, resist the urge to defend yourself which will result in an arguement. Instead let him tell you, uninterrupted, what he means by difficult and later on, think about whether he is right or whether he is the difficult but wont blame himself and instead blames you.
