Here in the uk it doesnt mean orgasm, it doesnt mean feeling around everywhere, its simply kissing her with tongues. Have you ever kissed a girl before?
Are you going to the cinema again? If so, half way through the film you should hold her close to you and then give her the 'look'. Look at her eyes but most importantly her lips, it will let her know what you're aiming for!
trust me, in the uk it means kissing her. "Oh it got off with this girl last night, i got off with blahblah at the party" etccccc.
If she was complaining you didnt kiss her, then she obviously likes you :) yay you!
Good luck :) xxxxxxxxxx

You're better off keeping your hands to her neck, face, shoulders, back and waist though. Especially the back of the neck and face, girls love that. If you wanna try and go for boob or ass then do, but slowly work your way from those areas towards them, this will allow her time for 'interception' basically she can stop you before you do if she doesn't want you doing that. Again girls don't mind this either at all. It's expected too. Just make sure if she stops you and moves your hand away not to try again, keeping trying to grope a girl when she's moved your hand away is the sign of a creep, don't be a creep.

I think in your case people took the mick because you didn't make a move on her in the cinema. Look at your age it's kind of expected that you make a move when you're in the cinema. Go in for a kiss and keep kissing kind of thing.
You should always try it on when you're on a date with a girl. As you've already experienced people think it funny or weird for you not to do so. As long as you have enough respect to take 'no' for answer then you'll be fine. Don't ever assume they don't want to, always try, but be subtle and gentle. Don't just grab her face and stick your tongue down her throat. Kiss lightly and playfully and work your way up to passionate. Don't be afraid to guide her towards you or gently pull her closer, you are the guy after all.
Just remember no girl will think less of you for trying to kiss her. It's a compliment, it shows you're attracted to her and she must like you too if she's on a date with you in the first place.
