writes:I'm friends with this guy. We've been friends for about 1 year and only became friends because of a mutual friend. I'm really shy so I could never just come out and ask him. I don't see myself as the type of girl that a guy would like so I don't really know the signs of a guy liking you, but I've noticed these things about him.1. He teases me a lot. I'm very shy and he knows that so he will call attention to me and when I turn red he starts to laugh and say things like aww or that's cute. 2. He has nicknames for me. 3. Whenever I look at him he smiles or laughs. 4. I have this thing where I want to move to London eventually and whenever I bring it up he asks me why I would want to move so far away. He seems like he doesn't want me to go.5. Then I said something about feeling awkward around him and I could tell that it bothered him. He wouldn't really talk to me and when he did he brought it up. I explained what I meant and he had this long conversation with me about it.6. He was having a party and I said I would go, but then when it came time for the part I didn't feel like going so I told him I wasn't going to come and he got upset about it. So then I said I would come and he was instantly in a better mood.He does all this, but then some days he's completely different. I'll go a couple of days without hearing from him. So it confuses me. Plus I've brought up to our mutual friend that he doesn't really like me and all she keeps saying is trust me he likes you. Everyone else also keeps telling me that we should go out. He's just very loud and says what is on his mind so I think that if he did like me then he would tell me not be shy about it. I don't know what to think.

 he could be loud and blunt regularly, but probably not when it comes to someone he's interested in.
It does sound like he likes you or at least is interested! Thats awesome, so make sure you're flirting back and encouraging him of liking you so that you guys can move forward.
