Aloneness is being in a mental and/or physical environment where you are by yourself.I am often alone, working, exercising, playing, etc. However, maybe you're not asking whether what people do when they're alone. If you're asking what we do when we're 'lonely', try different venues to meet people. Exercise possibilities for new hobbies and relationships. The world offers limitless opportunities, so long as you are opened to them.
