writes:what do you do if you can't get over someone? I'm 14 (almost 15)and there's a boy i like who i kind of made hints that i liked him and i'm like 95% sure that he KNOWS I like him. I've waited for some kind of reply but nothing ever happened. He's never said anything to me. Instead I heard that he had asked a girl out, she had said no, and then he asked a different girl out and now they're dating and i'm so incredibly jealous. I've tried getting over him i really have. Basically just trying to ignore him and tell myself i don't like him anymore, but whenever i catch a glimpse of him i start watching him with whatever he's doing. I just can't control myself. I know i'm probably not his type and that we'll never be together, so i try to find new interest in different boys which i have but none have been as strong as this one was. There is one boy i'm starting to really like (that doesn't even know who i am) but his name just happens to be the same as the first boy so that doesn't really help me forget about him. I just fear that i'll never get over him. I just constantly watch him. I've just never felt so strongly about anybody before and i don't think these feeling will ever go away even though i know he's with someone else. I don't know what to do. Will I ever get over this infatuation?

 its not an infatuation its your first crush we all have that were we meet boy A and boy A is soooo amazing and we would do anything to be with boy A but 9/10 it never happens. its something with time you will get over but dont force yourself the mroe you force yourself the more you will think of him think of it as a crush and that its ok to like him just you cannot act upon it. your doing the right things find new hobbies to keep your mind active and spend more time with your friends. you will get over it you just need some time . good luck aphex xx
