 It might be of legal age but it's wrong. Morally and biologically. Google 'children of consanguineous parents' and see what comes up. I work in healthcare and have seen so many disabled babies born of marriage between first cousins ... There is a good reason why it's not generally accepted. So if I were you I'd stop the flirting before it leads somewhere - you're the older one and you need to take responsibility. There are plenty of girls out there who are not your cousin - focus one of them and starting thinking of your cousin as a cousin again and not as a sexual prospect.
