For me, what makes a woman great in bed is how she responds. I love it when my wife has had 2 orgasms, or if I'm lucky, three. OK, she is lucky also.  I wouldn't worry about weather or not you're good in bed. On your end, worry about if the guy is good. If you feel good about your part in bed, chances are he feels really good about it.
It's different for everyone what they determine to be good. Some guys it may mean she was extremely wild. Other it's may be that she moved, and didn't just lay there. Some guys don't know what good or great is, there just happy they got some.

reader, anonymous, writes (4 October 2007): Difficult to say! One man's 'great' is another man's 'not bad' and another man's 'not so good'! It all depends what sort of experience the man has had previously.
Bear in mind that there's no such thing as a bad bonk, just that some are a bit more exciting than others.
My idea of 'great in bed' is when two people have really connected (no pun intended!) and know each others' bodies like the back of their hand, their likes and dislikes and know what to do to please the other person the most. This obviously comes from being with one person for quite some time. It also means making love rather than simply having a fuck, although the latter can be fun if done on the spur of the moment.
