Whether it is good news or bad depends on whether you liked the kiss or not, and whether you feel ready to take it further. There is no need to rush into anything; take your time getting to know him better if that is more comforable.

You were pretty and smiling and you kissed him.
That's enough to set guys your age off.
It is a good thing for you as he is basically giving you a compliment.
It is a bad thing for him as it's very embarrassing.
It means very little as far as your relationship goes. Just accept that it happened and move on.
Stick to kissing for a good long while. Just because his body is mature enough to want more, doesn't mean his brain is ready for it. And it doesn't mean there should be any pressure on you.
Good Luck!! xx

It's a good thing, it means he found kissing you sexy!In my experience, I've found that guys get erections making out almost every time--just have fun. Sometimes they get embarrassed, but I always tell them it makes me happy to know that I'm pleasing them (but I say it more subtlely because that wouldn't be well-perceived...).Have fun, be responsible!;-)-GG
