But ive had cramps on and off for about a week and ive got a REALLY BAD BREAK OUT on my chin which NEVER EVER happens. And like a week and a half ago i was complaining about something t my friend and she asked me if i wason my period, i wasnt so i said no, and she said 'oh that means your going to start soon' i dont remember what i was complaing about...And the cramps. When i get up and walk around and stuff i get them and they hurt the most when im standing still. But when im laying down or relaxing there not there. Also, ive been very emotional lately ... (I found out my boyfriend cheated, and he has another gf thats pregnant with his kid and shes due next month..) Could that have anything to do with it?Also, ive been sexually active alot in the last like...2 and a half months. I got my period last month and since then ive only had sex 2 times...since this month is the month that i havent seen my boyfriend at all because hes probably too busy with his other girlfriend...BTW IM NOT WITH HIM ANYMORE. Im just waiting to get ahold of him :) Anyways, what could this be? And what can i do to help soothe the cramps?

You're still young, this is totally normal. Sometimes periods come on with more severe symptoms than normal, it's all just part of being a teenager. Just make sure to wash your face a bit more and take some ibuprofen.

It sounds like you don't know when your periods are due exactly so are you not taking the birth control pill?
If you are not, you are going to end up pregnant ;like the other girl. Is that what you want to ruin your young life?
You are also at a high risk of contracting the HPV virus from sexual intercourse, condoms do not protect against this virus and it can lead to cervical cancer.
Please make an appointment with your doctor or a ob/gyn to discuss birth control and the Gardasil vaccine for HPV.
As far as cramps go, to avoid them or lessen their severity start taking ibuprofen, like Advil, or Aleve one to two weeks BEFORE your period starts to head off the inflammatory process that your hormones produce in your body to prepare your body for menstruation. Waiting until your period to take these medications for cramps will not work as they haven't had time to build up in your system to alleviate this PROCESS of inflammation.
