There are loads of little tricks you can try, what I personally do is have a wank (masterbate) an hour or two before I meet my girlfriend that helps me last a while longer.
Also if I come too quickly I will go down and give head, take my time and by the time my girlfriend has climaxed I'm ready to go again. So continuing on with foreplay after he has cum until he's ready again might be a good solution for you.
